3. Positive pressure design is taken to make core paper capable of being pressed evenly and attached on the surface of corrugating wheel, so as to achieve shaping, even pressure makes the part of the corrugator applied paste evenly, achieving a better gluing situation of the corrugated paper.

The design of auxiliary clamping roller is suitable for different paper quality and production rate and can reduce the indentation caused by the big pressure of wheel or thinner paper, as the design of auxiliary clamping roller can reduce the indentation, it makes the strength of single corrugated paper better.
5. Rapid wheel replacement can be done for 15min, it is loaded by electric trolley while replacing corrugating wheel, corrugating wheel set is clamped via oil pressure and fixed on the base of machine, it is available to rapidly and freely finish the replacement of corrugating wheel via several button switches without more tools.
6. Improved cementing system makes paste wheel and tangent paste wheel covering the whole paste storage space, and the tangent paste wheel is located below the whole paste surface, which makes the upper paste gap evenly distributed, combined with tangent periphery speed difference between paste wheel and tangent paste wheel, it makes the surface of paste wheel keeping stable film thickness, so as to produce smooth corrugated paper.
7. Simple and easy control system is one of the LZ-35P features, touch screen is combined with colorful image display operation status, function selection, failure indication,elimination, parameter setting and the like can show the complete functions of the machine, the operation is simple and humanized.
