Main Features
1. Surface paper delivery is equipped with the type of feeder which adopts advanced at technology at home and abroad. With blow and suction from air pump cooperated with four sucker four sender, realizing all paper from 200g-500g being delivered effectively. And with pre-stacking structure, it reduces paper changing time.
Side of surface paper stack is equipped with display position to adjust left and right, so it ensures the precision of stacking face paper, and convenient adjustment of position bottom paper sides. And with proximity switch to auto control stacking rising precisely.
2. All the way of surface paper delivery is installed with belts and wheels to realize auto tracking delivery. Press wheels adopts press wheel in printing machinery, ensures thin and thick paper can be delivered effectively. Anti-curling device is adopted to ensure all kinds of paper can be delivered smoothly.
3. With high strength,friction perforated belts and high pressure suction fan to deliver bottom paper, realizing never stop to feed bottom paper. And there is rotary holding frame installed on the machine to hold longer paper.
The bottom feeding roller adopts pattern design, which makes the machine not easy to slip when running at high speed.
4. Bottom paper positioning adopts chase lay and high speed fan differential positioning, realize non-stop adjustment; The bottom paper error is controlled in the minimum range by the synchronous card groove design; The design of the chase lay ensures that there is no paper error when machine is working on high strength paper.
5. The gluing system adopts the liquid level high - height sensor, to supply glue at any time, and spare glue is recycling, highly save glue usage cost.
6. Paper gluing is designed with steel mesh, with rubber metering roller to gluing automatically; And medium design is adopted in gluing roller, meanwhile with speed difference to adjust glue quantity, highly improve evenness,fastness and control glue quantity from 25g-35g/m2 effectively, to reduce cost and improve strength of laminating.
7. Bottom paper and surface paper positioning adopts front lay elastic positioning, there is no need to adjust the size of the paper; Cooperate with intelligent control system, realize the automatic alignment of the surface paper; Front lay adopts digital instrument adjustment, minimum adjustable range is 0.1mm.
8. The surface paper and the bottom paper transport adopts photoelectric detection, ensuring the accuracy of paper delivery.
9. The positioning roller adopts steel slotted design, which is easy to clean, and also improves the service life.
10. Double press-roller design is adopted in the paper and surface paper.
11. The bottom paper adopts automatic humidification system; Gluing steel roller adopts washing roller differential automatic cleaning.
12. Pressing forming adopts double-pressure system, Ensure that the products are not bubbling, tackless and other quality problems.
13. Pressing machine adopts suspension design, the pressure is adjusted according to the thickness of the pressing products.the cardboard is more solid and stronger, and the strength is higher.
14. The machine adopts automatic delivery device, which greatly reduces labor intensity.
15. All electric appliances adopt import brand;The programmable controller and human-machine interface electric control system are adopted, which is safe and reliable. The machine is based on ergonomics theory, equipped with multiple control knobs, machine can be controlled in different positions; The machine adopts inverter to control, stable and reliable, saving energy.
