1. The main chain, imported from England, adopts over loading driving chain with precise length, high intensity against pulling and considerable abrasion resistance. Intermission mechanism adopts parallel three-cam indexing mechanism with high precision. The curve of cam is designed great and the cam stroke angle is great to achieve smoother running of gripper bars.
2. The gripper bar is made of high strength aluminum alloy. Double fastened die cutting chase, pneumatic chase locking device. Steel flotation saves time and easy operation. New transmission ensures high speed of die cutting.
High strength ductile iron casting the bottom and up plates. Indexing mechanism and pneumatic clutch provide overload protection and automatic stop to prevent accidents.
